There "may" be a beta in future, or you may have to wait for the stable release likely Q1 2025. As said above Samsung haven't publicly stated either way.

The S23 might not be included. Will need to wait and see.

Only open currently to S24 range. Maybe other handsets will get opportunity. Maybe not.
