Is One UI 7 beta available on the S23?

Guys how can we download one ui 7 beta any advise ?

Samsung has announced that the One UI 7.0 beta will be available to developers before the end of 2024. Additionally, it has been confirmed that the beta will not be restricted to just developers; a public beta will also be available, although exact dates haven't been specified, most likely in December 2024.

It is not available for S24 ultra, yet you are asking for S23 ......
For S24 somewhere late November or December. This year, Samsung delays the new major version a lot for some reason.

You can't. It isn't out.

Samsung have said it will be released to Developers before the end of the year.

There is no certainty that there will be a public beta this time.. Word on the street (rumour) is that they'll skip the beta and go straight to launch with stable version. Time will tell

Yeah, generally the new One UI Beta is available much earlier than when it will be this year. It's usually Fall when it's released and not the Winter.
