Number of languages that were available for translation are missing due to AI related update. I hope they will all be added back in due course compatible with AI approach. In the meantime as mentioned already all alternatives are at your disposal

Mai întâi accesați Setări> management general> Setări tastatură Samsung> Traducere
Alegeți Google ca furnizor de traduceri.
Apoi...
Mai întâi atingeți pictograma de traducere din partea de sus a tastaturii de pe ecran (vezi prima captură de ecran)
A doua atingere pe pictograma indicatorului de limbă (vezi a doua captură de ecran)
A treia atingere pe selectorul de limbă (vezi a treia captură de ecran)
A patra derulați în jos la limba română și selectați-o (vezi a patra captură de ecran)
For the benefit of others, ive translated solution back to English. Its important to change the translation provider from Samsung to Google as this still contains the most languages on offer.
Translation from English to Romanian and vice versa is still available. You have to choose the right options.
First go to Settings > general management > Samsung keyboard settings > Translation
Choose Google as your translation provider.
Then...
First tap the translate icon at the top of the on-screen keyboard (see first screenshot)
Second tap on the language indicator icon (see second screenshot)
Third tap on language selector (see third screenshot)
Fourth scroll down to Romanian language and select it (see fourth screenshot)
This method will work here in the community and with any browser, in fact anything that utilises the Samsung keyboard.

Well as you can clearly see above it's working for me, as I can translate your rudeness with no problems. I suggest you go elsewhere for help.

@Gabyuk: I have removed your previous reply, and must ask that you refrain from using profanity, and insulting fellow Community members that are trying to help you to resolve your query.

@Gabyuk: If you head to Settings > General management > Samsung Keyboard settings > Translation, and set this to Google, then you can access the Romanian translation option as you could previously, although please be aware that a network connection is required. I hope this helps.
