Hi, new phone 23 uktra, but all my images and pictures and screen are all pasty and lacking he usual vibrant colour
Any help in getting the right setting please

If you go into settings
Display
Scroll down to Screen Mode and select Vivid

And I'll tell you What you've got the same problem with your keyboard Have you noticed a random keys keep appearing in a middle of words This is what happens when you try to update 3 million different types of phone with one update

Yeah they were comments on here about washed out cameras over 2 years ago Sampson obviously aren't doing anything at all they just completely ignore your problems and carry on destroying your phone so you have to go out and buy another one this is worse than the iPhone's scam

Not that it helps you but I got the 23+ and have the same issues with the camera. The reason I buy Samsung is the vibrancy and I think I’m going to have to send it back cuz that’s a dealbreaker for me. Maybe it’s time to try a Google phone. 😞

Already set on Vivid and they're still pale

I have the same issue but unfortunately, I think this is how the camera works from now on it seems 

My last phone that took vivid photos was S8. I upgraded to Flip3, Fold3, S23, Flip5 over the years and they all look washed out/desaturated compared to how my S8 took photos. 

This is not a Display issue (natural/vivid) as that doesn't apply to the Camera app. I've turned it on/off and the view finder still had the same pale image.

I'm afraid to try another Samsung phone in the future. I normally use my phone to take photos of flowers and plants and it is sad that these newer models suck the life out of photos.
