Icon badge numbers no longer appearing.

Sorry not sure if this is the correct place to report an issue but suddenly the badge numbers have stopped appearing on the email and messaging icons on my phone which tells me I not only have messages but how many messages I have

My phone is a Galaxy S23 is running Android 14 and One UI 6.0 and I have checked and all the relevant settings to enable badge numbers appear to be correct and should be correct because I was seeing badge numbers previously and I have not changed any settings. 

Is anyone else having the same issue and, if so, has anyone solved the problem. Thanks

I have the same issue.

It started few days ago, unfortunately rebooting the device doesn't help.

Thanks everyone. My issue was with my third party launcher and is now resolved. An update must have returned the launcher notification settings to the default and all is back to normal.

I am having the same issue as of Jan 14, 2024 from an Andoid/samsung update.  So far nothing suggested as resolved it.
