Sync the app with Samsung Cloud (to avoid data loss) and then from Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Storage, clear data. This will reset the app. Open the app and resync with Samsung Cloud. Check if this helps in bringing the battery usage back to normal.

I was at 67% and since I wasn't home and didn't want to make noise, I didn't bother charging mostly because it wouldn't matter. Power saver mode and don't use the screen and I'll be at 55% when I need to charge but my phone was at 27% when I looked after my shower.
The only change was the Samsung Health application.
That's all I changed.
Now I don't know if I should keep it......
