Hey, I bought my S23 Ultra phone using Samsung Flex, but I still dont understand how can I upgrade my phone to 1tb version if I want to? When I add a phone to the cart and choose flex, there is no option to upgrade my phone I already have with flex, and this is the way told by samsung site on flex area.
Second question is, why I cant buy another device with flex. First one went thru within seconds. Now Im in a need of second device, but cant get it, whats up with this? My creditcheck keeps failing, how?
