How to be in One UI 6 Beta - Unique Situation

I have an S23 Ultra, American unlocked model. I love in the UK and I didn't see the banner today - assuming because I have the American model. However I didn't get a banner for when the American beta was released. And all of my banners are UK advertising even though I have an American Samsung account and device. 

How would I go about getting the beta?

Even though I bought the S23 Ultra in Nigeria, I am now in the UK and unable to enrol for the beta program in the Samsung Members app.

Oh man, I wish I could get the beta.

You won't. Simple. The only people that do are the ones who bought their phone directly from Samsung. You can always try flashing the beta firmware for your model in Odin but be surprised if it would install OTA beta 2 beta 3 etc.

Iv'e never had one since I've been using Samsung phones for quite a few years now. Not everybody is eligible to join the program. By now the list probably be closed if you were lucky to get one, usually goes within a few hours. No point fretting over it, you weren't one of the lucky ones

Sadly you won't get it. Your phone would need to be in the US for that. US phones have different hardware and firmware and will never qualify for the UK beta.
