How can I change from using sim 1 to sim2 as need to retrieve my messages from sim1

Put your sim card in the 2 sim slot and it should read it.

Go Settings-Connections-SIM Manager and choose the Sim that you want to use. You have options for call-msgs-data. Also you can use both Sims receiving calls on more Sim settings..
