It happen Febuary 22th 2025 arround 13h00 eastern pacifique, I don't know what happen since i take it from the car using as GPS to pick it up in my pocket in a store to find my screen green, I have no clue, expect maybe the update that might cause it.... I already paid for the repair couple months ago at samsung repair center cost me 380$Cad Dollars and now that and they want me to pay again.. should I repair / sell and never buy samsung again??? Or pray for it to not brake again... I'm tired of having to pay it was the pricier I pay and my other phone s3,s4,note4,s7plus,s10plus never have that kind of problem... Is samsung quality going to waste away??

@LadyqueenBee You are posting on the UK/Ireland/European communities. Nonetheless I would say that if you are not intending to upgrade in the near future it would be advisable to repair the S23 Ultra. Sometimes this can be hardware related and I do not think there has been a deterioration in Samsung's quality, some customers will have issues though.

They just said that they think it's the screen so gonna cost an other 380$ to replace it.... What bother me is that it has no impact nothing it's clearly a defect screen that they gave me and now I have to pay for the cheap repair they did again!!!!
