Sorry but as this is a public forum, what is your expectation here?

Would you like a 500 page detailed technical report combined with a PowerPoint presentation, a worldwide media display and hosting?

I talk from what what I find. You are assuming the issue is with Samsung, ever thought that Google Wallet is a GOOGLE product and as such w Google issue? Mmmmmm

Since you refuse to read further on this: (1) this issue appears to be limited to a specific Samsung model. (2) The issue has also been reported to Google. Go read their forums.

Find somewhere else to throw your revolving list of strawmen arguments.

That's all well and good, but my "failure" was on a Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G 2023 with 256GB.  So, I used my Samsung Galaxy A25 and the transaction was approved.

There is a belief that it is possible for there to either be too many apps installed, or an app (or 2 or more) interfering.  Having a case with a strongish magnet can wreck an ATM card, but should not effect the NFC capability of the phone itself.  I even removed the phone from the case.  Still did not work.  My phones are all Android 14. While I may not do auto update, I do update my phones and like to evaluate what gets installed.

The problem with updates, if it includes new features along with the bug fix, you can't be sure if such was fixed. I wish that updates were of bug fixes only, then once everything works, you can add new *****.

I took mine out of the case and still no luck.  I then tried with my Samsung Galaxy A25 in its wallet and it went through.

I am starting to believe it is either a faulty NFC antenna, but I have used it before.  So, if not a faulty antenna, then a new app.  So it looks like the "enjoyable" factory reset.  Luckily using Nova Launcher helps to restore my phone's appearance and can choose the apps that I want and by process of elimination via numerous NFC transactions one can hopefully find out which app(s) may be the culprit.

My snafu was on a Moto G Stylus 5G 2023, so it couldn't be a wallet app issue, but I am thinking an app interfering issue.
