Good afternoon all. I am having a problem backing up my mobile to pc laptop.

My S23 ultra fails to backup to my pc laptop. It reports there is an error and that smartwatch needs updating on the handset. I have done and checked this and all seams up to date This is as far as I can get with my backup attempts. Anyone any ideas of what the problem is.

Did you check if smart swith on pc has an update?

Yes, this says its upto date Ver. 4.3.23022_1 as the latest update. Also, my Tab A8 won't back up either. the same message comes up.
