Gemini in google messages

Hi all, 

I just updated my google messages app to the latest version, and I got the Gemini symbol come on my main page above the new message symbol. I clicked on it to try it out, but it doesn't work and I can't speak to it neither. Has anyone else got the same problem.

Gemini is being integrated into the Google messaging app. It may not work now, or its function is limited; for some, it works; for others, it's there and yet to work; and the rest are yet to see it in their messaging app.
