Galaxy Store Watch Faces

Hi

Can anyone help. I have an S23 Ultra and I am having difficulty with installing watches faces on my watch, which is a series three.

I have rebooted my phone but it still is mot working. 

Does anyone know why the watch faces are not downloading and installing.

Clear the galaxy store app cache. Reboot the phone and watch. If you still have issues. You could try deleting data for the galaxy store. Then retry downloading them. Unfortunately I use a watch 7 so no more watch faces from the galaxy store myself. So can not look into if I have the same problem.

What happens when you try and how are you downloading?
