Is Galaxy S23 with Snapdragon 8 gen 2 worth replacing Galaxy S24 with Samsung Exynos 2400

I don't work for Samsung and I don't advocate for Samsung, I'm a Samsung fan and this is my opinion, Galaxy S23 User

Tbh, I would stay with the S23 and wait for when there is enough money to upgrade to another Ultra. You may suffer a bit with Battery life but the phone performance is better on the S23 with Snapdragon. Actually the phone you are talking about is on Exynos and the S23 on Snapdragon so no. I'd keep the S23.

In my view, having had S23 Ultra and now the S24 Ultra, I would shy away from anything that has an Exynos in it.

I've yet to have a Samsung or Pixel device (Pixel is manufactured by Samsung and Tensor chip is based on Exynos) that is anything other than rubbish.

This really depends on if the new features etc will be useful to you.
Don't forget that some of the features are reportedly coming to the S23 range. But not all.
It's too early to really say if the new Exynos chipset will hold up to expectations. Though for the average user, you won't see the difference.
If your tempted, it's worth going to actually look at the device. Get hands on with it.

The S23 range of phones are brilliant, and I only upgraded to the S24 Ultra, because I got such a cheap deal.
Otherwise I would have stuck with the S23 Ultra

Some people have a good experience with non Snapdragon devices. It really depends on what features are important to you. Personally, I would get a Snapdragon chip. However, the S24 and S24+ are getting good reviews.

What one person might not prefer for their own reasons, maybe different to yours. If you did want to upgrade, I would recommend the S24 Ultra. I can't recommend the S24+ as I have not used it but the British reviews have given it good reviews.

I had an S22 Ultra and being an Exynos, it was the first phone in years which gave me battery anxiety. My S23 Ultra is a much better performer in the same usage scenario.
