Free gift

I have recently upgraded to the s23 ultra. Do I have to actually do anything to claim the free gift of s smart watch or will it just come in the post? There is lots of different advice regarding this

I have the same question but I upgraded with EE.
How do I get my watch please

I went into the EE shop over the weekend and was told that I had to nothing. The watch would be delivered after 14 days
