Face recognition is awful with my S23Ultra

I have the +, so not so relevant, but it's perfect. Maybe try setting it up again. Remember things like low-light, sunglasses, hoods etc. all affect it.

Yes it never works on mine Fingerprint and Number Code only 👎🏻

Hi @trickie 

Try Settings > Security and Privacy > Biometrics > Face Recognition > Alternative Appearance. 

And Toggle On >  Brighten Screen.

On my S20 it worked really good, I just opened the case and I was in. I've been using fingerprint which works well

S23 ultra face recognition is rubbish , came to samsung from apple and apple is faultless, works eventime , tried every setting possible, just doesn't work
