Warranty is usual only valid in the country to which it was sold. You can get it repaired from Samsung here but you will need proof of purchase and it will cost you

You can't add insurance, after it's damaged, also wouldn't the cost be as much as repair cost?

@mohmed12

Can you elaborate a little please ?

Where did you purchase the phone  ?

How long have you owned the phone ?

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@mohmed12: If you head to the Phone app, dial *#0*# into the Keypad, then select Red, Green and Blue from the on screen options, is the spot visible in any of these tests?

Please be advised that our phones come with a regional warranty which covers the device in the region it was intended to be used in. Due to software and hardware variances that exist in our devices from country to country, and without warranty coverage, it won't be possible to complete a repair in the UK via an authorised Samsung Service Centre or Experience Store.
