Correct notification sounds on Samsung S23FE

I only want Sound A for WhatsApp. I want Sound B for Outlook emails. I want Sound C for my Messages and Sound D for Messenger. 

I do not want any more Sound alerts.

Does anyone know how to do this?

You should be able to set your own tones for individual apps that allow this @NightKitty 

On Samsung One Ui 6.0 this is in Settings > Apps > Choose the app > Look at notifications.

i.e 

For messages this is in Notifications > Notification Categories > New Messages > Sound > Choose the preferred tone.

I have the Samsung S23FE and it does not have the Notification Categories option in settings.  How do I choose a different notification sound for each app?

Hey! 

I had the same issue, just figured it out, let me help, if someone hasn't already.

1. Go to settings

2. Go to search engine and type in "notifications"

3. Go to the tab "Advanced settings"

4. Scroll all the way down, toggle the tab "Manage notification categories for each app". Make sure it's highlighted, so it indicated it's active.
