Cannot take incoming call in y S23+ after upgrading to Ui 6.0

Hi everyone,

I upgraded the firmware to Ui6.0 on my S23+ and after that whenever I receive a call and try to answer I don't hear the other side and same in the other side and it seems the call is not being connected . I have to disconnect and call that person. I restarted the phone couple of times but no change .

Anyone has the same issue or knows any solution , Really appreciate your inputs .

Hey there

I would recommend you perform a Reset MOBILE Network Settings on your device.

You won't lose any data etc by doing this.

I've had nothing but issues since this update. My phone vibrates constantly and vibrate is switched off! I've put it in safe mode it still does it I've also factory reset it and it still happens 🤷‍♀️
