Cannot find other Samsung device to add to call and text settings

Switched answering calls and texts from other device on, but it doesn't seem to show the device. Anyone have any advice?

Phone to phone is not possible. Phone to Tab or Watch (non-LTE) versions should show up. Only Samsung devices are supported.

Its phone to watch... but i cannot see my device in the list for calls and texts. I have set up my esim for my watch and its linked to my samsung account. But i cannot seem to enable another device to answer calls or texts?
