Can't swipe down anymore to get to quick settings

Hello, I can't swipe down anymore to get to quick settings. Where do I turn this back on?

Swipe down from the right a couple of times
Tap on the pen symbol
Tap on panel settings
Select together in the options

Thanks for your fast response Glenntech. The problem wasn't as easy as that. Swiping down on the startscreen didn't work at all. I only got the notification screen and no pen. A restart solved that problem.

Top left swipe down gives you notifications

Top right swipe down gives you quick access

If you want both to show regardless of where you swiped down from, follow @Glenntech advise
