Can't remove app cloud notification

I have noticed after rebooting my s23 ultra I am forced to log into my secure folder after I do this I then get a permanent app notification for app cloud and I have found app cloud in the apps but I have disabled it, turned off and blocked everything I could and even after restarting it's back.

What if you hold finger on the notification? Can you go into Notification Settings? If yes, there should be an option to disable showing on lock screen. You should be also able to fing the application and turn it of.

It the application is installed in Secure Fodler, you have to uninstall it from there because in that case tehre are two independent instances of the application.

I share your pain, they've removed the uninstall button from settings now and blocking notifications doesn't work. As soon as you clear the notification it reappears. Back to Apple at my next renewal.

Why is samsung trying to ruin the experience? I have 2 notifications now for app cloud and no way of removing it.. If they don't fix this I will have to look at getting a new phone as its driving me mad

Hi there, I've also experienced those two notifications today after I updated my Galaxy A52s 5G. I removed them just by deselecting the apps and games that App Cloud recommend for installation and tap on 'Finish' or 'End' button. I don't know how it looks in English because my phone language is my native language.

I dissabled the appcloud but now the notification is back and no way of removing it. Can't clear it and doesn't come up on the list of apps in settings. Extremely annoying. Was really happy with Samsung but now thinking of changing.
