Today my Samsung s23 Ulta suddenly can't connect to Wifi or mobile data. when I connect to any wifi it gives me "Connected without internet". Only my Phone can't connect to that Wifi network.  when I try mobile data I only use WhatsApp for some reason.

I tried:

- restarting my mobile.

- reset mobile network settings

- reset WiFi and Bluetooth settings

- reset all settings

-enable/disable my eSIM

- Airplane mode

Is there any solution other than a Factory data reset?

I need your help, please.

I fixed the issue. I was using a developer tool called Proxyman. It was overriding network calls. I reverted that change and now it is working.

Does this happen in one area or everywhere ?

As mentioned @Hassan777 by @Tourbillon De La Vie try clearing the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section.

> Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

Also try Safe Mode > Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then ling hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.

There is a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App too.

Also have a word with your Network Customer Services.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

Hello BandOfBrothers,

I tried to clear cache files from the phone's system partition section and it didn't work.

I tried the safe mode but still didn't work.

For some reason only WhatsApp and Instagram only working on mobile data.

I searched for that, some people suggest to reset APN settings but it didn't work either.

It's unusual that mobile data only works on a couple of apps, that woukd rule out a hardware problem. Are you sure you haven't restricted data usage to any of the apps that aren't working? Are you able to open the Google play store for example, or a browser page ?
