Caller ID not working

Since I received my samsung s23 (about four weeks ago) I cannot see any caller ID when I receive a call. It just shows as Private number whether it is someone from my contacts or not. My setting show caller ID as enabled and all my contacts have been synced to my SIM. An o2 assistant seemed to think it was a known issue with samsung but I can't see a fix any where?

Did anyone manage to sort the caller ID issue out as I'm having the same problem. Only had my s23 a week

Hi well 2 weeks has passed and still not resolved. I have managed to disable my wi fi 6 , but not with no success I have done all that has been asked of me, I have sent Error Logs (countless times). They even wanted me to send videos of the problem to them. (I now find out that my phone will not send them either. I'll give them a couple of weeks to get themselves sorted, then it looks as if I will have to reluctantly follw everyone else and join the 'Apple' revolution!!!!
