even if you don't receive the notification when you restart your phone, you can simply submit the report by opening the Samsung Members app and following the instructions provided by my colleague Jessica.

i recommend proceeding with the report anyway: even if the bug is no longer active when the data is collected, the technical team can still gather useful information from the context, logs prior to the reboot, or recurring patterns. Every report helps improve system stability and may assist in identifying broader issues.
