After a recent update, when a banking app sends through a notifcation to authorise a transaction or login, its failing due to the biometric fingerprint.
I can log in to other apps , or even the banking apps themselves with the biometric fingerprint. But it will not let me authorise via clicking on the notification that comes through and then scanning fingerprint. just says error/ declined. It was working fine on Friday.

Same problem here. Alipay and Wechat Pay would ask on my S21 Ultra if I wanted to use my fingerprint as password to confirm payments. With S23 ultra the APPs do not recognize this feature.

Thanks, that sorted it! I didn't realise I'd re-done my fingerprint after a new screen cover. I resigned in to the banking apps and turned the fingerprints off then on again and the apps now work.
