Battery problems after One UI 6.1 update

Got the One UI 6.1 update few days ago. The battery life after that has been a disaster. I have to charge my phone 2-3 times a day. You can see in the screenshots April 6th where I charged my phone (not fully) 3 times. Before this update, I was even able to use the phone for almost 2 days after fully charged.

 

 The problem as you can see could be due to "One UI Home Screen" which has used 80.9% of battery in 7 minutes.

Any ideas what to do? Is there a way to revert the update?

i think you can revert, you can use odin mode / download mode to download a custom os if im right

Battery was draining faster after one ui 6.1 but it somehow got back to normal for me after a month

My phone started to drain battery very fast all of the sudden. I charge my phone overnight and when i wake up it is normally 100% and cold to touch but this morning while on charger (original recently replaced with bad one) at 98% and pretty hot. I have whipe cach in recovery mode, clear cach in menu in phone settings, optimise everything and still on 100% it say i have 11 hours then  even turn on power saving mode and  do everything else  i got in Device care 14+hours instead of 1 day and 8 h or something like that. I also tried to backup data on Smart Switch over PC (i installed and open app on pc) and PC doesnt react when i connect my samsung phone. I tested with another  my old phone and it works over same cable perfectly, i charge normally with same cable Samsung and this old phone but just on PC it cannot react, just for samsung. Here is also screenshoots  those with 15h battery is in power saving mode and those on 11h is without power saving mode

Fixed mine..... but might of course not work for everybody.

Used to get about 6 days..... no sim card ........ just email and whatsapp.

Every UI update killed the battery (usually reduced to about 3 days), but a restart would solve the problem.

The latest UI update was a good one....... the battery lasts 1 day and 3 hours without even turning on the screen.

Eventually I decided to fix it.

Force stopping "Samsung Device Care" and "Samsung Health" worked.

My battery has now lasted 12 days..... double the time that it lasted when the phone was new.

If you use Google messages it's has rcs and some of the fatures that Imessages has. Samsung is phasing out it's messaging system.  And try using samsung wallet, just as good and sometimes faster than apple wallet, and samsung autofill for passwords and everything else. Google domt work that well.( as I found out)

2 days ago I've updated to 6.1. It was mistake. I have same problems as OP. Is there any solution available?

I have had a new S22 for 4 days, battery life HAD been amazing. After 6.1 it's at least 50% less now that this One UI update installed.

This suck, my new phone now gets really hot and drains it's battery when I am doing nothing on it.

Padowak1 you are right 100%.I just updated my phone yesterday went to work with 100% battery and before 12am phone died when usuale will still have at least 30%.Not only draining fast is the issue but seems that is charging slow also.
Since i moved to samsung i never encountered so many software issues.Please let me know if you fix yours.Thanks

Same here on my Z-Fold 5 had this phone for 17 months and the battery life has fantastic lasting almost 36 hours but ever since the update two days ago my Z-Fold 5 can't last no more then 8 hours samsung definitely has a problem with this last update please SAMSUNG PLEASE FIX.

Same here the update I receive two days ago I can't go no more then 8 hours on my z fold 5 which use to last nearly 36 hours before needing a recharge the update really screwed up the battery life.
