Backups

Help is seriously needed peeps 

I dunno how or why but on my Samsung galaxy s23 ultra my old device backup that I had on this phone has now completely disappeared 😐 😑 

I have looked everywhere and no joy under backups and everything I'm not tech savvy and I know that it was on my phone any help would be appreciated 🙂

Have you still got your old device? If so use the smartswitch app.

Log into your Samsung Account on a laptop to see if your back ups are present @starshine

Unfortunately if they have disappeared and there isn't a previous phone with your last back up on then the information maybe lost.

Agreed, I find smartswitch more reliable than backups.

They transferred all my stuff from my old device in the o2 store on the day I got my upgrade 😒
