Annoying sim card manager pop up on every reboot

I have a new s23 dual sim with just esim on it and on every reboot I got the pop up message telling me to scan for new sim card. There is no way to get rid of it. 

Does anyone here with esim only has the same problem?

I used to get it when I had an esim but not had it since using a single physical SIM card. I presume the phone will automatically scan for a physical SIM on startup but as esims are software based maybe it's a different process when the phone starts up

yeah thats not actually a solution...thanks anyway
