Android Auto USB issue S23 FE

Since the updates I've had connection issues with Android Auto app. Won't connect via usb. Just charges the phone. Connects with a PC correctly but will not connect at all to Android auto via usb.

Tried every on the Android auto community page, still no joy.

Is anyone else had this issue? If so please help

Same issue.  Samsung S23.  Same cable as my wife's Flip4.  Hers works, mine doesn't.  Skoda Scala manufactured 2019).

I looked at youtube videos for my phone. Have to go into developer settings and enable usb tethering. Works OK after that. Look on YouTube for usb connection issues, it will talk you through it. Hope that helps

No joy. I've tried every combination. The phone says I'm connected but the car tells me the connection failed.
