Alarm doesn't go off occasionally

Hi, somwtimes my alarm doesn't go off, it must have happened 4 times in the past 2/3 months.

Pretty annoying

Anyone with the same problem?

That would be annoying for sure. Any pattern to when it didn't start?

I've noticed in the past 3 months because I've made a point to be sure I didn't just turn it off in my sleep (in fact once I was already awake and it didn't go off either) but I wouldn't be able to say how long ago it started.
I've read online quite a few people experiencing the same..

@Gothy: Do you have multiple alarms, or a single alarm that you have set up to sound at the same time each day? If it's the latter, please head to the Clock app > Select the Alarm tab > Tap on your alarm, and make sure that each day of the week is circled, and it says 'Every day' in the top left. Hit Save after making any changes, and you should be good to go.

Now, from the Alarm landing page, tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Silence alarms when system sound is off, and toggle this option off.

I think if you have power saving on it could cause the clock app to sleep I got to that conclusion when I downloaded a clock app to try to solve my issue and it prompted me to turn off power saving for the app specifically, It has been working fine for now. Though I should come back here and try to help out

Hi, same issue happens to me now. It's new. Power saver is off. Just recently sometimes it rings and sometimes not. Alarm is always set to the same time and always on. 

Any idea please?

I experience the same issue for past year-year and half or so. It happened on two different samsung galaxy models. Power saving off, clock alarms checked and properly set for every day to ring even when Phone is on silent (they ring usually, they just dont work randomly on rare occasions), i dont even change them at all, they are all set exactly the same for every day and usually they ring, I set couple of alarms every morning and it's just one alarm from many that does not ring. As mentioned before, sometimes they dont ring right in front of my face when i'm awake. This must be some software issue as I dont see any other option. Extremely annoying!
