Hi @himalay42, good afternoon.
Welcome at the Samsung Community and what awesome to read you've bought the S23 Ultra. Is your phone also up-2-date? Do you also experience this when you have started your phone in Safe Mode? With the Safe Mode you start the device without installed third-party apps, the device then only boots with standard applications. Look here for information on how to start Safe Mode on your device: https://bit.ly/3gqindd
Keep us posted, please!
Kind regards,
Martijn

Hallo @ThePhoenix,
Thank you for your message. Have you tried deleting the chache memory through the recovery menu? If not, turn of your phone, press and hold the Volume Up, Power, and Home/Bixby buttons until you see the Android logo. After a few seconds you will enter the recovery menu. Select 'Wipe cache partition' and afterward 'Reboot systeem now'. Let us know it it worked.
With kind regards,
Ajay
