Wifi not turning on

My wifi had randomly turned off, and since then I've been unable to turn this back on. The toggle to turn the wifi on does not work and stays grey. I've tried resetting the wifi settings and restarting my phone however it is still not working. Has this happened to anyone?

Is Bluetooth working?

I had the same issue on a A52s and it meant that the motherboard had to be replaced, at a whooping cost of almost 400 pounds. The phone works but there is no way Bluetooth or Wi-Fi can be enabled.

So, this could be a motherboard issue.

Check the diagnostics on:

Settings -> Device care -> Diagnostics -> Phone diagnostics and see if it reports a fault.

You should contact a repair shop and see what they have to say.

Thank you, and I've checked the diagnostics and the Bluetooth is not working too 😕 will try and take this to a repair shop and hopefully they will quote a lower price
