Wifi calling

Wifi calling icon disappeared.. can't make wifi calls. Broadband and mobile providers say all ok but its not working.

You'll need to contact your mobile network. Sounds like the service is no longer provisioned on your account.

@picklewood Just a suggestion...If you look for the WiFi Calling in your quick settings, is it turned on, and secondly is it set to Mobile Network Preferred rather than WiFi Preferred?

Not sure if related but when I had this issue the WiFi calling option disappeared until a reboot was performed, I subsequently discovered this appeared to have been caused by the random MAC address option being default enabled for my WiFi network connection.
