I was wondering if anyone has been having issues with their wifi and Bluetooth disconnecting since the March 6, 2025, update. I have tried the classic troubleshooting, including starting in safe mode and clearing all the Bluetooth and wifi cache data, verifying that the router is not the issue and verifying that it is not in power-saving mode. my last resort is to do a factory data reset

Hi @JayRodRae, and welcome to the Samsung UK & Ireland Community forums.
This isn't a common issue that I'm aware of, I have to admit. If you've not done so already, please could you reset your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings? This will not delete any data from your phone, it will simply reset the relevant connections back to their default settings.
To do this, please follow the steps below:
> From the Home screen, swipe up or down to access your apps.
> Select "Settings".
> Select "General management".
> Select "Reset".
> Select "Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings".
> Select "Reset settings".
> Enter your screen lock PIN, Pattern, or Password and select "Next".
> Select "Reset
If this doesn't fix the problem then I would recommend sending us an Error report, as this will allow our software engineers to receive data logs relating to the issue you're having. This data is anonymised and only held for the duration of the investigation of the report.
To do this, please click here for a handy online guide that takes you through the process.

I have completed this step, powered down my phone, and restarted after a 5 min wait; I still have the same issue, I am going to put in an error report

No worries, I'd definitely see what our software engineers suggest before carrying out a master reset.
