@Misbah0298: If you press and hold on a widget, and select 'Settings' from the pop up menu, then you can adjust the background colour from there, although this is limited to either black or white. What you may wish to do is move the Background Colour slider to 0%, as this will make the window completely transparent, and help to maintain your preferred colour scheme.
