Please fix this issue of flickering screen when I use " Swipe from bottom " gestures.

I have used " Swipe from sides and bottom " but they don't have such dramatic flickering - only some small errors in the apps, they also need fixing.
Solution: only things that fixes this issue is a developer setting" Disable Hardware Overlays ".
How to reporoduce the issue:
1. Enable swipe gestures - select: " Swipe from bottom "
2. Enable developer options (Why? Because the issue is more visible on 0.5x animation speed) and then set all animation catgwrories to 0.5x
3. Go to home screen and open Google play (or any third part app that's isn't Samsung's) - now go to recents menu, enter the app and go to home, repeat
