Was wondering, Im not fond of the buttons on the right side, I hold my phone with left my hand.

I was wondering if there was anyway to have the volume open on the left, I know the volume can be moved to the left, what I'm asking here is there a way to open it without using the volume buttons on the right to open it? Maybe in goodlock, I thought maybe double tap on back off phone or something, hope I'm Maybe missing something and someone will embarrass me here with something real simple.

Thanks

There is a module in good lock called "Sound Assistant", the setting you're looking for is in Customise Volume Panel > Floating button.

Myself and my family, friends, and everyone I spoke with, all hate the Volume-Buttons moved to the right side by Samsung on its phones. It's annoying, difficult to use, pushed the power button further down, difficult to put the phone in the car mounted-holder (side bracket keeps pushing the buttons), accidentally pushing the power button while trying to push the volume down button. I don't know what they think when making this type of change without research and analysis.

We are all using the Samsung flagship phones (NOTE Series, and now S Series Ultras). We didn't miss any new NOTE phones till NOTE 5. After that, Samsung design engineers made some stupid modifications:

1. Made the CURVE Screens. Samsung thought it was a genius move, but the whole world hated it. It was useless and waste of screen space, making the actual functional screen smaller in normal use. Accidentally touching it while typing, results in opening the unwanted anonymous screens.

2. Made the Notes & S-Ultras BRICK types, skinny, unnecessarily extra long with no benefits when watching videos (blank sides without any screen aspect ratio, like 16:9.

3. Replaced the soft corners with sharp edges. They are annoying, look ugly, pocking, and damage the phone more when it drops accidentally on their edges.

Thank God Samsung got-rid off curve screen on its S24 Ultras. We (family and friends) liked it and bought it after NOTE 5 (waited that long..). We hope Samsung will make other changes/improvements in it's future flagship phones.

Cannot DISAGREE more!

The buttons on the right side was the only reason why I decided to keep Samsung after S8. Completely useless on the left side. You need to hands to put the volume down. There is a reason why all the manufacturers put it on the right side.

If you are left handed, I feel for you. Exactly as I would feel if it was on the left side.

Sharp edges is much more pretty and luxury , but in moving volume to right side ,your ***** right , stupid decision , but may it be engineering requirement 🫡

I cant even take an easy screenshot ☹️
