VoLTE issue, not working any more

I have a recent problem with my Galaxy S22 Ultra where I cannot send or recieve calls on 4G & 5G network. I talked to my carrier and they said it was an issue with my phone. Kindly advise.

Remove the sim , shutdown phone for 1 minute open phone insert sim it will be fixed if i did not fix try airplane mode on off couple of time thankx me later 😀
