@type: Further to the above, please head to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Background usage limits, and you will find your Sleeping and Deep Sleeping apps listed here.
To remove an app, tap on Sleeping or Deep Sleeping Apps > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Remove > Select an app by tapping on it > Remove. If you would prefer for this not to be automated, then toggle off 'Put unused apps to sleep'.
