U.I 6 Prevents Data Connection

First time ever having to post on here but this is for good reason hoping Samsung is monitoring these. As I have done research it seems the new update U.I 6 is preventing data connection for many users. Happened to me today as my phone will not connect to data and I can't access any of my apps as it shows No Data/WiFi connection. Texts come through fine, haven't attempted a phone call yet. But this is very disappointing as I run my phone off data the majority of my day. Phone connects to WiFi no problem. I hope there is a fix for this soon. Not looking for help because yes I have done every reset method in the book unless there is a sure way I am unaware of please advise.

Hi there

A number of users have been able to Reset Network Settings and that this has fixed their issue (but not all)

Yes I have tried that, tried a new SIM, soft reset phone, reset network settings, factory reset as well even though I did not want to. Called Verizon it's nothing on their end. It is most definitely the new U.I 6 causing the issue.

You may need to engage with the US Samsung Forum, this is the UK.

Maybe others in your country may be able to assist?

There have been numerous reports from various members with the same issue since updating, losing data, wf-fi etc. On my S22ultra iv'e had a few problems too mainly the NFC disappearing from time to time, locked home screen when first booting the phone from charge, never known the lockscreen to lock before it fully finishes powering on.

Same issue here on fold z3 updated software to ui 6 and everything was OK until for the first time ever, my phone restarted itself. Now I can't even see networks available and the WiFi button is greyed out. Rang Vodafone and its nothing on their end. Tried network reset so am a little unsure what to do, to make it worse I use WiFi calling at home as network coverage is bad so really not happy. It 100% coincided with the update of the ui. Any ideas please, driving myself mad looking for answer's. Thanks all very much

I am having the same issues since the update. 1st my Bluetooth wouldn't work when the zf3 was open.....researched the forums and eventually found a fix which was to turn off the A2DP in dev settings. Now my WiFi won't work.....same thing happened on my iPhone after an update which is why I switched to Samsung years ago.

I take excellent care of my phones so its definitely a software issue. Looks like Samsung are taking apples leade bricking our phones to make us buy new ones!

I've searched and can't find a WiFi fix and my signal here for mobile data is *****. If anyone does have a fix please help. TIA
