I ordered a new s22 ultra that I received on 12 may whilst trading in my galaxy z fold 2, I received an email on 17th may from the trade in team saying they'd revieved tye phone and I didn't have to do any more, I'd get another email when it had been processed. I've still not heard any more, is it normal for it to take this long to process a trade in?
