Trade in cracks

My phone has cracks on the back(not the screen) does it mean ineligible for trade in?

On the website says "

• Normal wear and tear

• No cracks to screen" its not clear?

• Can anyone clarify this for me please?

A crack in the glass is considered the screen because when you repair the glass, you have to replace the screen itself as well as they are glued together

If it's just a crack in the screen protector and the glass of the phone itself is no cracked, then you're good. What I said above applies to applies to the front glass of the phone itself.
