The Samsung 'Experience' 👎

Was in Frankfurt on Saturday and decided to get a case for the S22 Ultra Samsung store. Enormous flagship store in centre of Frankfurt.

Rep:

"We don't have any cases in stock, but we can order one online to the store for you"

Lol excuse me!? What is the entire point of a store without stock. And why order for me when I can do that myself... to my home.

Absolute farcical.

It may have been a franchised Store @AndroSam 

Did they have no case's available to buy at all or just the one you wanted.

At least they offered to ship one in for you.

I did have a Samsung Experience Store in my Home town and they held a few accessories but not many at all.
