Speech to text seems broken

The list of problems with the S22 goes on

I like to turn the microphone on and write my texts or messages in WhatsApp, especially if long. The S22 generates repeated texts, as if recording everything including the bits its trying to work out

If I say "Hi Mike, how are you going" it can come out as "Hi Knight, Hi Mike, how r u how are u how are you going"

Anyone have the same problem? Any solution available other than taking the phone back?

I only use the speech to text feature occasionally when creating a text message in the Samsung Members App using the Samsung Keyboard @Jay52 but it seems to be fine in my Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra.

I occasionally have to adjust the odd word but that maybe to my accent or if I'm in a noisy environment.
