Hello, starting yesterday, my phone began to say it had no service. It would be on and off trying to connect to AT&T. The family plan im on has unlimited data so I never ran out. I have tried to clean the sim. I have tried to soft and hard restart the phone. In the sim card section, it says "SIM 1, Unknown, and then it says my phone number.". Can someone help?

Please try a different device to see if u have the same issue if so u will have to contact ur network provider.

Yes I have attempted both of these. I have noticed damage to the back of my phone that i had not before which I speculate is the issue at hand.

No one accepts it the update
They just want you running round in circles . I gave up as with every problem samsung created ...
