Secure folder

I can not log in to my folder as I forgot the password so am locked out but every time I press reset all I get is a black page with a white buffer circle and thats it.. even when I do go to my account to it goes back to that screen and i cart do naf all .this is after the latest update .so is there any way I can get it to reset

I'm sorry to hear your having issues getting into your Secure Folder.

As this is a secure folder in it's very nature there is a set way to ensure the actual owner is trying to access what's inside the Folder and what to do if the access options are forgotten.

The security protocols are not meant to be circumvented.

Sorry but that don't work .allit does send me back to the sign in page and when I press rest it does not open my account just a black buffing screen . So I don't know what as gone wrong with that app

Same happens to me..it's annoying!
