Screen always going black

Is anyone else having an issue with screen timeout since yesterday's update? I have mine set to 5 mins and I am lucky to get 2 secs, it makes the phone unusable.

I've updated my phone to the April update and all is fine @simonbe 

Can you please try the following routes 

> https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to hook up to a Computer or insert your earphones to enter into recovery mode. 

> https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ will help to highlight if an app or theme etc is potentially causing issues. 

> As a last resort back up and factory reset.
