Samsung Upgrade Programme - Note20 Ultra to S22 Ultra. No Option

I am on the upgrade programme. 

Purchased Note20 Ultra 5G in December 2020. It is therefore liable for an upgrade (upgrade due post Dec 2021). 

Waited for the release of the 'successor' of the Note20 Ultra 5G: S22 Ultra.

The option to upgrade to the S22 Ultra is not available. It only shows:

1. Galaxy Z Flip3 5G

2. Galaxy Z Fold3 5G

   Has anyone else experienced this?

Model wise, there is no successor to the Note 20 Ultra.
As that was the last in that model range with no option to upgrade from.
Samsung gave the option to upgrade to the Z Fold 3 or Z Flip 3 only.
The S range were never an option Samsung gave. Probably partly because the S range would be a downgrade as it was the model below the Note line.
Either run the contract out to the end or get one of the folding phones. Those are the only options.

@Dan B: I can confirm that it is only possible to upgrade to an S Series device if you initially purchased one through the Upgrade Programme. As the Note 20 is a flagship device, but there are currently no further models in the Note range, you have the option of upgrading to our other flagship option, which is the Fold series.

I am the same, was disappointed Aug 21 when my upgrade was due when the only option was the fold. And looks like this year there won't be the usual upgrade choice either and will just have to pay off phone and keep it?
I really enjoyed my annual upgrade while it lasted
